We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and highly organised individual to join our busy Client Services team. Located in our London office the Client Services team handles a wide range of product and technical issues for candidates and for our clients based throughout the EMEA region. Clients include Recruitment Agencies, Investment Banks and other Financial Services companies. Responsibilities: As a Client Services Executive you will be: • Handling a high volume of enquiries from clients and candidates via phone and email. Any client communication must be documented in the database so that you and sales staff can follow the case history. • Providing orientation and product training for ALL new and existing clients on all aspects of the eFinancialCareers product offerings and recording these in the Siebel database. This may also include onsite training for clients as and when the business demands it • Initiating and maintaining a proactive schedule of calls with clients and feedback website development requests to the appropriate departments • Maintaining a procedures handbook for your department covering all aspects of your role, job posting, monthly reports etc • Posting jobs and make them ‘live’ on the website • Ensuring all clients are informed of any new changes and website developments that affect them. This will involve liaising with other departments such as sales and marketing • Producing weekly/monthly and adhoc reports and presentations as requested by the client, sales staff and your manager. This includes client activity and statistic reports for your core markets • Creatively and efficiently resolving issues and investigating complaints. This will include raising BUG and product development tickets in a timely manner • Ensure any training materials such as the Recruiter’s Office guide are kept up to date and in line with website changes • Monitoring client and candidate mailboxes and responding to emails within 2hrs of receipt • Ensuring adverts, tiles and banners linking to external websites are working and are kept up to date • Rotating logos and ensuring current jobs on the website are being refreshed Additionally you will also support the marketing department by assisting with the following tasks: • Jobseeker and Client Competitor Reviews • Posting Jobs/Content/alerts to our social media groups • Compiling the Student and Jobseeker newsletters using CheetahMail. • Providing News Intelligence • Ad hoc statistics requests • Translation work may also be required from time to time To be successful as Client Service Executive you will require: • Fluency in Dutch/Flemish, French and English • Holding a visa enabling you to work full time in the UK and travel to the Benelux countries • Previous experience in a busy Customer Service or Call centre environment • To be outgoing, well presented and comfortable training and conversing with groups of people • An interest in learning more about the Financial Markets • A flexible and positive attitude • The ability to handle multiple tasks at once with a sense of humour and a smile • To be a real team player!
