Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of success driving incremental revenue in the IT software & solutions market is preferred but not essential
- Proven track record of closing complex deal in the Mid Market space
- Knowledge of business organizational structure and purchasing influences
- Proven track record of achieving revenue quota
- Drive, ambition, hunger and a desire to succeed
- Degree education or equivalent business experience.
- Native Norwegian, Swedish or Danish
- Fluent in English, French a plus
Responsibilities:
- Create a territory plan / execute plan
- Partners with Field Reps
- Prospecting & proactive cold calling
- Respond to customer requests
- Account Management
- Develop Customer needs & Requirements
- Add revenue and deal to the pipeline
- Maintain high levels of activity
- Forecast revenue
- Manage and resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with Channel partners
- Build knowledge and competency around the company profile
- Competitive Positioning
- Close incremental revenue deals
