Exciting biotech company requires a field based specialist to assist their commercial operations specialising in cellular biology products. Your key responsibilities will be to install, demonstrate and optimise hardware, software, reagents and systems on site at customer facilities. You will support field sales in technical inquiries, provide training to users, and provide vital feedback to customer support and product development. To perform the roles effectively you will be required to stay up to date with the very latest technology and have the ability to assess its commercial applications. You will also have excellent presentation skills including the ability to perform seminars and promotional presentations.
Please note you will also need to be flexible as this role requires a significant amount of travel. The successful candidate will ideally hold a PhD and now be looking to take a break from the lab. Experience may include some of the following: ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoassays, Enzyme Assays, Labelling & Detection, Imaging, Staining, Microscopy, and Flow Cytometry.
Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be able to work with complex data and have a business/customer-focused outlook.
